Discounted tickets
Discounts will be shown in brackets beside standard ticket price. Standard discounts apply to most Wing Arts Centre events and include:
- Under 16s
- Over 60s
- Students in full time education
- Unemployed
- Registered disabled (Plus complimentary ticket for carer/ accompanying person)
On the door tickets
Please note there will be an additional £2 charge on all tickets for West Wing events purchased on the door.
Babies in arms
There is no charge for children under 2 who do not require an individual seat
School tickets
School ticket prices only apply where advertised
School ticket prices apply to schools, sixth foms, colleges and universities
We offer 1 free teacher place per 20 tickets booked
Family tickets
Where a family ticket price is available this means 4 tickets = 2 adults/2 children or 1 adult/ 3 children
Reservations
All reservations must be paid for within 7 days otherwise they will be released.
Reservations cannot be made 7 days before an event.
Refunds
We have a no refund policy unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
Exchanges
We will happily exchanges your tickets at the box office for another event upto 48 hours before the event at a £2 administration charge. Please note that any price difference will not be refunded.
Groups
1 in 10 free applies to all events excluding the pantomime, Children’s theatre and workshops, as well as hires and lettings.
Gift Vouchers
Can be purchased in a combination of £10 and £5. Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date and are non refundable.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated in the first available seat in a suitable break in the performance. Please note some shows have a no late comers policy.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
