The West Wing team fully appreciate your feedback and suggestions and are committed to providing a high quality experience for all our visitors. However, there may be occasions when problems arise and you do not receive the experience that you might expect. If you are unhappy with your experience here, we want to know so that we can try to put things right in the most appropriate manner and as quickly as possible. Equally, we would love to hear from you about good experiences you have had at the venue and if you have ideas on how we can improve our service.
