The West Wing team fully appreciate your feedback and suggestions and are committed to providing a high quality experience for all our visitors. However, there may be occasions when problems arise and you do not receive the experience that you might expect. If you are unhappy with your experience here, we want to know so that we can try to put things right in the most appropriate manner and as quickly as possible. Equally, we would love to hear from you about good experiences you have had at the venue and if you have ideas on how we can improve our service.
 
Ways to make a comment/feedback/complaint:

• Suggestion Box – post your comments in our box located in the foyer 
• Email – please email westwing@slough.gov.uk
• Online feedback form
• Mail - send your letter to West Wing Arts Centre, Stoke Road, Slough SL2 5AY
• Telephone - call 01753 823710 and ask to speak to the Duty Manager

If you make a complaint we will:

• Acknowledge letter or email within 2 working days.
• Send you a full written response to your initial complaint within ten working days.

Please note that we will not tolerate any aggression or any complaints of a personal matter against members of staff or volunteers. We refuse the right to admission.
